• RGUKT Basar provides M.Tech (Computational Engineering) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at the postgraduate level.
• To apply for the M.Tech program, candidates must have a B.Tech./BE degree in the relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Final candidate selection is based on a valid score in GATE/PGECET, followed by a Personal Interview conducted by the university.
• GATE or PGECET scores carry 80% weightage, while the interview round contributes 20% to the final decision.
• GATE score holders receive priority over PGECET candidates during the final admission process.

• 85% of the seats are designated for local candidates within the Osmania University Area, Telangana (TS), with the remaining 15% allocated to students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh under the unreserved category.
