NIMS University , Jaipur Admission 2024
NIMS University, Rajasthan (previously known as National Institute of Medical Sciences) offers courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and the Doctorate level. The courses are offered under several specializations in the field of Medicine, Dental, Nursing, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management Studies. The application procedure needs to be completed online by visiting the official website of the university. Interested candidates must follow the set of rules defined by the university to register themselves.
Candidates seeking admission must ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria defined by the institute. Candidates are given a pool of options in the form of NIMS University Courses they can choose from.
Minimum Educational Qualification
For Undergraduate Programs
- For admission to MBBS and BDS, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to B. Sc Nursing, the candidates must have passed 10+2 with science stream securing at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
- Candidates seeking admission to BPT and BOT must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- For admission to B. Tech, B. Tech +MBA and B. Tech+ M. Tech, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school with PCM securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates seeking admission to BBA+ MBA/ BMS + MMS, and BBA must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board.
- For admission to BCA+ MCA, BCA, BA, BA+ MA (integrated), B. Sc+ M. Sc (integrated), and B. Sc, the candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as one of the main subjects.
- For admission to B. Pharm, B. Pharm+ MBA (Pharm Tech), the candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCB as main subjects.
- For admission to BA, BA (Hons), and BBA+ LLB, the candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream.
- For admission to B. Arch, the candidates must pass 10+2 with Mathematics or must hold a diploma in any stream.
For Postgraduate Programs
- Candidates seeking admission to M. Tech must hold an M. Sc degree in any field securing at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates with BE/ B. Tech degree are also eligible to apply for admission.
- For admission to MFS, MMS, and MBA, the candidates must have graduated in any field from a recognized university.
- For admission to M. Sc, the candidates must hold a B. Sc degree in the relevant field.
- For admission to MCA, the candidates must hold a BCA degree or graduation degree in any discipline with Mathematics.
- Candidates seeking admission to MD must have graduate with MBBS securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- For MDS, a BDS degree in required to admission.
Admission to the undergraduate programs at NIMS University Rajasthan
- Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS are shortlisted based on the marks obtained by them in NEET UG entrance examination conducted at the national level.
- For admission to B. Sc Nursing, the candidates must qualify the entrance examination conducted by the university.
- For admission to B. Tech, B. Tech +MBA and B. Tech+ M. Tech, the candidates must hold a valid score in JEE Main examination, or the entrance examination conducted by the university.
- For admission to BBA+ MBA/ BMS + MMS, BCA+ MCA, BCA, BA, B. Sc, B. Sc+ M. Sc, BA+ MA (integrated) and BBA, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit in last qualifying examination or in the entrance examination conducted by NIMS University.
- For admission to B. Pharm and Pharm. D, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit in last qualifying examination or in the entrance examination conducted by NIMS University
- For admission to BBA+ LLB, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit in qualifying examination.
- For admission to B. Arch, the candidates must hold a valid score in NATA.
Admission to the postgraduate programs at NIMS University Rajasthan
- For admission to M. Tech, the candidates must hold a valid score in GATE examination or entrance examination conducted by the university.
- For admission to MBA, the candidates must hold a valid score in CAT/MAT/CMAT or GMAT.
- For admission to MMS and MFS, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit and performance in the entrance examination conducted by the university.
- For admission to MD, the candidates must qualify NEET PG examination conducted at the national level.
- For admission to M. Sc (Medical), the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit and performance in the entrance examination conducted by the university.

Faculty: teachers are great they help in practical and internal also. teachers here are Phd holder only.
