JNU Admission 2024
JNU Admission 2024 is highly competitive, and the university follows a rigorous selection process. The JNU admission process for most courses starts after the declaration of the CUET result. Furthermore, the selection is based on the candidates' performance in the CUET entrance examination.
JNU promotes higher education and hence is offering financial support to the students at the graduate, postgraduate, and researcher levels with fellowship and scholarship facilities. The university takes an entrance exam every year in May, which takes place in the different branches of Kendriya Vidyalaya across India. The exam takes place for 4 days of 3-4 hour sessions every day, which is 70% written examination and 30% viva voce.
The university offers separate seats for OBC/SC/ST and other backward classes, women, Kashmiri migrants, widows/wards of defense personnel killed, disabled in action, etc. as regulated by the norms of Govt. of India. Separate seats are reserved for every category possibly existing and scholarship advantages are given based on the category in all subjects.
JNU Application Process:
Admissions to JNU are based on the qualifying scores in the entrance exam. Candidates must first register and appear for CUET. After CUET, candidates have to register on the JNU Admission Portal.
The steps to complete the JNU application process are mentioned below:
- Visit @cuet.samarth.ac.in for CUET UG and cuet.nta.nic.in for CUET PG
- Qualified candidates should register on the JNU admission portal @jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
- Find the course's registration links in the important links section on the right panel.
- Click on your desired course link, then select 'new registration.'
- Complete the online application with your CUET number, personal, and academic information.
- Upload scanned photos and signatures as per the specified sizes.
- Pay the application fee: INR 300 for General/OBC/EWS, and INR 150 for SC/ST/PwD applicants.

JNU Placements 2024
Placements in JNU are pretty good and promising. Good and reputed MNCs are visiting for recruitments and placement coordinators are coordinating and helping to provide good leadership skills, communication, and ethics for daily work era.
JNU placement report 2023 has not been released. However, according to Jawaharlal Nehru University’s overall NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during JNU UG 3-year placements in 2022 stood at INR 6 LPA. Further, the median package offered during JNU PG 2-year placements in 2022 stood at INR 7.95 LPA. Apart from this, a total of 21 students were placed out of 353 students while 332 students were selected for higher studies during JNU UG 3-year placements in 2022.

Placement: Internship placement opportunities after my ba was not so recommendable but I can understand people take it seriously
Faculty: My teacher dr. Rajesh Shah was my favorite teacher in bachelor of arts department
College: I undergraduate from Jawaharlal Nehru university in 2016.
This was one of the best place I studied .
Overall in a simple sentence. This was a good for me to study .
Their professors are experienced and I learnt a lot from them. This was very Very interesting time for me to study.
Jnu is most famously for its voice raise for students. Who raise questions against the country.
So that time we disturbed a lot .
Other wise teachers are not so good as a think about themselves. Also the environment in delhi was not go fine that it could be recommend so strongly but in other matters education system of jnu is good .
