•  According to the latest reports, Hindustan University saw significant improvements in placements in 2023, with the highest package reaching INR 31 LPA and an average package of INR 5 LPA. The university achieved an 82% placement rate in the 2022-2023 academic year. Top recruiters for 2022 included Capgemini, EY, BNY Mellon, PwC, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys.

Hindustan University Placement Process

HITS placement cell includes the following steps -

1. The placement process will begin in July of every year.
2. A placement calendar regarding recruitment drives will be made available to students before the first drive.
3. Dates of drive, job description, salary, etc. will be covered in a circular.
4. Students interested in the drive and eligible for the same must register themselves through the online registration portal.
5. An orientation program will be held including registered students.
6. Students will be further trained.
7. The pre-placement talk will occur between students and the company through the company personnel.
8. Now, the recruitment drive will begin.
9. The results of the placement drive will be released once the drive is completed.
