Gujarat Technological University (GTU) Overview
Gujarat Technological University popularly known as GTU Ahmedabad is a prestigious academic and research institution established in 2007. Incepted as a State University, GTU has 486 affiliated colleges spanning six zones across Gujarat, i.e., Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Rajkot, Surat, and Bhuj. GTU has earned recognition from UGC, NBA, and PCI, and is an NAAC ‘A+’ grade accredited university. In 2023, GTU secured the 71st spot in Pharmacy according to NIRF rankings. Additionally, it attained the 151st position in the overall rankings by NIRF Innovation Rankings 2023. Notably, GTU extends admissions to online courses and has earned a 4-star rating from GSIRF.

GTU Admission 2024
GTU Admissions are done in online mode through the APCP counseling process. Students eying for GTU admissions must apply through its official website, i.e., www.gtu.ac.in. To apply for your preferred program, follow these steps:

- Locate the dedicated "Admissions Portal" section on the website.
- Click on "New Registration" and create a unique username and password. You'll receive login credentials via email and mobile phone.
- Once registered, proceed to the "Application Form" and fill it out with your academic qualifications and personal details.

college provides good package placement
Placement: Gtu create 100 point activities for the student. it’s good that students take part in the competition and sports.
Faculty: This university is very usefull for every student. All students plz try this university . Because this university is only one of the country . This university is very helpfull for students.
College: Gujarat Technological University or GTU is the leading and the worst university on the platform it is. There is no standard in their any program. And the most discussed and famous topic of GTU is about exams and results.

Placement: Placements are now very bad,, they used to place students before but now there are just no placements at all
Faculty: Faculty is helpful, but they did not paid much attention to the practical marks. Practicals marks were given less.
College: GTU is a good university. The campus area is very big, it is spread across 150 acres. Classes are very big, labs in the college are very good. For sports there are individual playgrounds for different sports. My admission was based on the merit list. Scholarships are available for the SC/ST students. Students can easily get PG nearby college. canteen is also good.
