Admission Procedure:

Admission to the Ph.D. programme of the Institute will be through an Entrance Examination to be conducted on annual basis as per the schedule recommended by the Internal Ph.D. Committee depending upon availability of seats.

Minimum Eligibility:

A candidate with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Population Studies, and Agricultural Economics with at least 55 percent marks (50 percent for reserved category candidates) from a recognized University/Institute is eligible to apply for the Ph.D. programme of the Institute.
