Auro University, Surat

Established in the year 2011, Auro University is a private university in Surat, Gujarat. The University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). In the 2017 Indian Hospitality Award Ceremony at HITEX, it was awarded as the Best University in Hospitality Management by EPICURUS. The Auro University consists of a total of seven schools, named School of Business, School of Hospitality Management, School of Information Technology (IT), School of Law, School of Journalism & Mass Communication, School of Design, School of Liberal Arts & Human Sciences and School of Sciences. Additionally, it has two centres: the AURO Fine Arts Center and the AURO Language Learning Resource Center. In terms of faculty, they have over 75 faculty and instructional staff working on a permanent basis.
