Chhattisgarh Board Exam 2025: Practical Exams Dates Class 10th and 12th, Conducted from 10th to 31st January

The CGBSE Board has issued out the date sheet for CGBSE 10th and 12th Practical Exams 2025. These exams are to be conducted between 10th January to 31st January 2025. Students taking the exam need to visit the board's official website to download the complete date sheet.

The CGBSE 10th and CGBSE 12th practical exams are set to be conducted in two different shifts - morning shift (8am to 11am) and afternoon shift (2pm to 5pm). Students are assigned the shifts by their concerned school. The CGBSE Class 10th and 12th practical exam or project work will be organized in the student's school. The teachers for all subjects as well as the students will receive all the details concerning the practical exam dates for different subjects through the CGBSE Board.

In case the student misses or is not able to take the practical exam for any reason, he/she will not be allowed to take the exam. The practical exams will also not be rearranged for them. The teacher will be marking the student as absent and only he/she along with the school principal will be responsible for it.

CGBSE Practical Exam 2025 Arrangements Made

Schools need to make sure that an external examiner selected by the board conducts the practical exams during the stipulated exam timings.
No external selected by the school should conduct the practical exam. The board rejects any such exam and considers it invalid.
The board appoints the externals and schools need to communicate with the examiner to decide the practical exam dates.
In case the examiner is not available schools need to ask them for a written explanation and reach out to the district coordination agency and demand alternative arrangements in order to schedule the exams according to the guidelines.
The project work will be arranged under an internal examiner and conducted at the institutional level according to the decided exam timings.
The students will be provided previous years' unused answer sheets for their practical exams. In case of insufficient papers, answer sheets are to be procured locally.
Once the practical exam/project work is concluded, the school principal and the external examiner needs to sign the obtained marks list. The envelops need to be enclosed in subject-specific/exam-specific envelopes and the answer sheets must be in bundles.
