The Application Form for SSC CHSL is usually made available in the month of October. The Application Form can be filled in the online mode. The Application form consists of 2 parts - Registration in two phases. The first part usually requires candidates to fill in their personal information on the likes of their Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Parents name. Once that is done, the candidate would have to upload the photograph and signature on the form.
The Application Fee can be paid in an online or offline mode for the same. The tentative timelines for the application procedure completion is indicated below:

The detailed guidelines one candidate must keep in mind at the time of applying are:
- All the information that is mentioned in the Application Form needs to be filled with the utmost care.
- The Request for Change in Application Particulars later would not be entertained.
- The Staff Selection Commission absolves itself of any responsibility for any cancellation/correction/addition/deletion filled in the application form.
- The candidates who are applying offline are required to send their applications to the Regional office.
- Candidates must indicate the relevant center code, postal code, and qualification code while filling up the application.
- The payment of Application Fee can be made either by SBI Challan or online mode.
- Candidates are required to fulfill their eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
- The Application has to be submitted to that Regional Office under which the jurisdiction of the location of the candidate falls.
