SET Exam Pattern 2025 - Marking Scheme, Section-wise Pattern, Total Marks, Duration

SET is an objective test with total time duration of 150 minutes.The test comprises of a total of 150 questions, covering the topics- General English, Quantitative, General Awareness, and Analytical and Logical Reasoning. However, Sections  and number of questions may differ according to the programs. SET for LAW programs comprises of an additional Legal Reasoning Section.SET for Design contains only one section- Design Aptitude, with 150 questions.SET for Engineering comprises of only these three sections- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a total of 100 questions and total marks as 200.

• SET for Health Science comprises of only these three sections- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a total of 100 questions.
• The paper pattern of Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2023 is given beneath: 
• Papers: SET is led for aggregate of 5 papers viz Law (SLAT) , Design (SEED), General, Engineering (SITEEE) and Health Sciences. 
• Number of Questions: Law, Design and General papers contain 150 inquiries while there are 200 inquiries in building and wellbeing sciences papers. 
• Exam Mode: The exam mode will be disconnected mode (pen and paper based test). 
• Length: The exam has span of 150 minutes. 
• Sessions: It is led in two sessions: morning and evening session. Applicant can pick paper for morning session from Law or Design and for evening session from Engineering, General and Health Sciences. 
• Question Paper Type: The inquiry paper is objective in nature. 
• Negative Marking: No arrangement of negative marking in SET.
