The IIHM eCHAT is a distinctive online Management Aptitude Test with proctoring. The IIHM campuses in Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, New Delhi, Pune, Goa, Samarkand, and Bangkok hold an uniform admission test for admission to the various hotel management programmes they provide.
A multiple-choice test, the eCHAT is objective in nature. It includes comprehension of both Indian and foreign languages, mathematical abilities, the ability to analyse and interpret data, intelligence, and critical reasoning. You have 60 minutes to respond to 50 questions.

If candidates meet all requirements, they are qualified to apply for the IIHM eCHAT. Candidates should carefully read the following points and should only apply for the course if they are eligible for it as admittance to the course is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% in their overall grade in class 12 or the equivalent.
- English must be passed on the qualifying exam as one of the required subjects.
- By July 1, 2022, the maximum age will be 22.

Offline:
At any of the IIHM campuses, applicants can pick up an application form and a prospectus, which they can then complete and either bring in person or mail to the appropriate college campus.
Candidates may also obtain a copy of the IIHM eCHAT 2022 Application Form from the college's website, complete it, and submit it at any of the IIHM campuses. The payment options for the fee are cash, check, or a demand draught for INR 600 made payable to IIHM.
Online:
On the official website, candidates can also submit an online application for IIHM eCHAT. The prospectus will be mailed to the applicant's address if the application is submitted electronically. It should be noted that the online registration won't be activated until the candidate's online payment for the exam has been received.
