UCEED 2023 - Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus 

Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design, or UCEED 2023, is a national-level entrance exam that is jointly administered by IITs and IISc on a rotating basis. Candidates from the participating universities who are interested in pursuing UG design courses must take this exam. Candidates who want to enrol in the B.Des programmes at IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IITDM Jabalpur will take the UCEED Exam 2023.

UCEED 2023 Registration

The following are some crucial instructions for completing the UCEED 2023 Application form:

• Starting in September 2022, the UCEED 2023 application form will be made available.
• Only online submission of the application form is permitted for completion.
• Once the application form is submitted, the information provided cannot be modified further.
• Every applicant must submit their application by the deadlines listed because incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Until November 2022, candidates may submit their application.
• For future reference, candidates must print out the confirmation page and include it with the evidence of payment of the cost.

UCEED 2023 Registration Fee

• Only online payments are accepted from applicants for the application fee. The application fee can be paid via a variety of online payment gateways, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, etc. The following list includes the application fees for several categories:
• While other applicants must pay a registration fee of Rs 3500, women, SC/ST candidates must pay the lower registration price of Rs 1750.
• Candidates who don't register for the exam before the deadline will be charged a late fee of Rs. 500.

UCEED 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Age Requirements: Candidates in the general/open, OBC/NCL, and PWD categories must have been born on or after October 1, 1995, while those in the SC/ST/PWD categories must have been born on or after October 1, 1990.
• Maximum Number of Attempts: This exam may be taken a maximum of two times in consecutive years.
• Qualification Test: Those who have passed the class 12 or comparable exam or those who will take the class 12 exam in 2023 are eligible to take the UCEED entrance exam.
• Candidates may take the exam in any stream, including science, commerce, the arts, and humanities.
• Candidates who will be taking the 12th grade final exam in 2023 may also apply for the UCEED.
