The SBI Clerk Recruitment would be conducted in two phases:
1) Prelims Examination:

The total marks for the exam would be 100 comprising of the sections - English, reasoning and aptitude.

There will be negative marking.

Candidates are required to qualify in all the three sections to be able to attempt the mains exam.

The overall and sectional cutoff should have been secured.

2) Mains exam:
-
The duration would be for 2 hours 40 mins marked for 200.

There are 4 sections in the exam: General and financial awareness, reasoning and computer ability, English and the quantitative section.

0.25 marks would be deducted for every wrong answer.

The interview has been removed, candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the performance in the exam.

Sufficient high score holders would be given a job.
