NIFT 2023 Result for Undergraduate and Graduate programs can be found on the official website. Candidates should note that no physical copy of the results will be mailed to them. To view their score, they must use their NIFT login credentials provided during registration. National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will announce the NIFT 2023 result for candidates who participated in the entrance exam for admission to B.Des, B.F Tech, MFM, M.Des, M.F.Tech programs.
After the results are published, eligible candidates will proceed to further stages of the admission process, including an interview and document verification. Those who pass the exam will be invited to attend the NIFT Situation Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

The NIFT 2023 results for undergraduate and graduate programs will be available on the official website in the form of a scorecard. To access the results, candidates must follow the steps listed below:

What After NIFT Result 2023?
- The final NIFT 2023 result and merit list will be determined based on test-takers' scores from CAT, GAT, group discussion, situation test, and personal interview rounds.
- The result will be published online in May/June 2022. Admissions to the NIFTs will be based on these scores.
- The cutoff, which is the closing rank for each section and campus, will be determined by the National Institute of Fashion Technology and will depend on various factors such as the number of candidates appearing and clearing the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, and the number of seats available for the B. Design and B.F.Tech programs.
- NIFT entrance exam offers a total of 2010 B. Design seats and 360 B.F.Tech seats across 16 campuses located in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Shillong, Patna, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Srinagar, Chennai, and Bhopal.
NIFT 2023 Cutoff
- The NIFT 2023 Cut Off is the minimum rank required for admission to the NIFT Participating Institutes and may vary across campuses.
- It will be determined based on factors such as the number of seats available, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of students appearing.
- The cut-off will be released on a campus and section-wise basis. To be eligible for admission, a candidate must score the minimum marks defined in the NIFT Cut Off.
- Those who meet this requirement will be invited to participate in the counseling process.
- The final campus allocation, based on the Common Merit Rank (CMR), may differ from year to year based on the candidates' preferences.
- Based on previous years' trends, the table below shows the Closing Merit Rank (CMR) for admission to various courses at different NIFT campuses. For candidates in the general category, a relatively low rank is required for admission to any of the courses.
