Life Insurance Corporation would be announcing the Assistant Administrative Officer Cutoff for the year 2019. The expected month of release of LIC AAO Result is November 2019.

LIC AAO Cut Off varies year on year as it is dependent on a lot of factors:

  1. The difficulty level of the LIC AAO Question Paper
  2. Marks scored by different applicants
  3. Number of candidates who appeared in the exam
  4. Number of available seats

Candidates who obtain the required qualifying marks in the LIC AAO would be further invited to attend the pre-medical examination. After completion of the Pre-medical examination, the candidates would be given the final appointment. 

Highlights of LIC AAO are as follows:

  1. In order to be considered eligible for final appointment, candidates would be required to perform well in the exam in separate as well as well as in the aggregate.
  2. The Life Insurance Corporation of India is responsible to decide and intimate the cutoff for a particular year.
  3. There would be a different cutoff range released for General/OBC and VI/OH/SC/ST/OH/VI category of candidates.
  4. Based on the performance of the candidates in the exam, they would be invited to attend the personal interview.x
  5. Candidates should also keep in mind that the marks scored by them in the exam would not be considered for the preparation of the merit list. 

Based on the analysis of previous year's examination difficulty levels and cutoff trends. A group of experts has made a list of expected LIC AAO Cutoff for all the three stages of exam including Prelims, Mains and Interview. Candidates who are going to appear for the upcoming Prelim exam has to secure marks more than the minimum cutoff marks to qualify for mains paper.

LIC AAO Cut Off For Prelims 2019

Based on the LIC AAO Exam Pattern, aspirants should note that in the prelim, there are three sections namely English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. Out of the mentioned sections, candidate just needs to qualify the English section as the marks obtained in this section is not calculated in overall section. However, qualifying the section is mandatory.

It is important to note that even if a candidate qualifies the first stage of examination it doesn't guarantee that the candidate will be able to appear for the main exam. Only twenty percent of the candidates from the total vacancy in all categories will be shortlisted for mains.

LIC AAO Cut Off For Mains 2019

Despite of Prelim section being similar in all category applied for, in mains there are certain sections that differ based on the post candidate have applied like Generalists, IT, Chartered Accounts, Actuarial, and Rajbhasha.

To make it to interview round of LIC AAO Selection Process, candidate needs to have qualify the examination with at least the minimum qualifying marks in each section of the main exam. Just like prelim, even qualifying the main will not guarantee selection of the candidate for next round of Interview as only candidates three times the total number of total vacancy released will be called for the interview round. So, just qualifying the examination is not enough, scoring a score can only make it possible.

LIC AAO Interview Cut Off 2019

In the interview round candidates will be scored on various parameters and like other earlier stages even in interview round candidates will have to secure the qualifying marks to finally get recruited. Candidates will be given marks out of 60.
