JEE Advanced 2023 - IIT Guwahati has released JEE Advanced Date on the official website - jeeadv.ac.in. JEE Advanced 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on 4 June 2023 and the registration will be begin from 30 April 2023. The dates have been released to provide engineering aspirants with clarity on JEE Advanced 2023 schedule. The exam is conducted rigth after the successful conclusion of JEE Main Exam and declaration of JEE Main Result. The top 2,50,000 scorers of the exam are considered eligible for taking JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced 2023 will be conducted on 4 June 2023 in Coputer Based Mode. JEE Advanced 2023 Paper 1 will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper 2 will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. IIT Guwahati has released the official notification for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2023. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 4, 2023.
Architecture Aptitude Test (JEE Advanced AAT) 2023 will be conducted on June 21, 2023.
JEE Advanced which was previously known as IIT JEE Exam, is the second phase of the IIT JEE Main. The exam is conducted after the successful conclusion of JEE Main 2023. It is an important exam for engineering aspirants seeking admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). It is an online computer based exam which is conducted on a rotational basis by seven IITs namely IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi and IIT Guwahati.

IIT Guwahati will begin JEE Advanced Registration from 30 April 2023. The registration of the exam may get postponed depending on the JEE Main Exam Dates. Top 2,50,000 qualifiers of the JEE Main exam can fill the JEE Advanced Registration Form by visiting its official website - jeeadv.ac.in.
JEE Advanced 2022 Exam was conducted on 28th August 2022. In the year 2022, the exam was held by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) for which the registration was concluded on August 12, 2022. Candidates who qualify JEE main exam 2023 and interested in taking JEE Advanced 2023 can register themselves for the exam. Candidates must know that only the top 2,50,000 candidates will be considered eligible for the JEE Advanced 2023 Exam.
IIT Bombay also released relaxation in JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria as there were some candidates who could not take the exam due to COVID-19 in 2020 or 2021. However, from this year onwards, the IITs are planning to remove this relaxation and bring back 75% minimum aggregate into the JEE Advanced Eligibility.

JEE Advanced 2023 Exam will be conducted in online mode in English and Hindi medium. JEE Advanced Exam Duration is 3 hours for each paper. What is JEE Advanced?
JEE Advanced 2023 is a national level entrance examination conducted by IITs in the rotation for admissions to Undergraduate, Integrated Post Graduate or Under Graduate-Post Graduate Dual Degree programmes offered in IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) and Indian School of Mines. Indian Institutes of Technology have been declared as the institutes of National Importance for imparting excellence in education for years. Presently there are twenty-three IITs across the country which focuses to create such an environment for its students which encourages their freedom of thoughts and inculcates necessary vision and self-discipline to attain excellence.
The exam is conducted by one of the seven participating IITs i.e. IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Guwahati on a rotational basis for admission to B.E., B. Tech and B. Arch at 23 participating Indian Institutes of Technology.

JEE Advanced 2023 Exam consists of two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Besides, the examination will be conducted in two sessions or shifts on the same day. It is imperative that all the students must appear in both the papers in order to be considered eligible for the merit list. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the IITs based on their performance or rank secured by them in the JEE Advanced Examination.
JEE Advanced Eligibility
Candidates willing to appear in JEE Advanced 2023 Exam and seeking admission through it must ensure that they stand eligible as per the eligibility criteria defined by the conducting authority of JEE Advanced Examination. Eligibility criteria are the conditions that students must stand while appearing for the examination and the further admission process. Candidates willing to take the exam must secure at least 75% marks in 12th class barc exams or secure rank among the top 20 percentilers in the 12th class examination. This criterion has now been waived off by the examination conducting authority. Besides, candidates who are found ineligible will be considered disqualified for admission as per JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria.

IIT Guwahati is expected to begin JEE Advanced Registration in the month of May 2023 and the application window will continue to remain open for a month at least. How to Prepare for JEE Advanced 2023?
Students taking the JEE Advanced 2203 must make a proper plan in order to prepare for the exam. It is important to be aware of the examination pattern, marking scheme, and syllabus of the exam. The preparation tips for jee advanced exam must be followed in order mentioned below:

JEE Advanced Mock Test
Candidates must take mock tests regularly. The mock test paper for the exam will be released by the examination conducting authority. Candidates must practice these mock tests before appearing in the examination.

JEE Advanced Previous Year Question Papers
Previous year question papers prove helpful while preparing for the exam as students can easily get ideas regarding how the question paper is made, what type of questions are asked in the paper, marking scheme, difficulty level of the exam, time distribution of each section, etc.
JEE Advanced 2023 Exam Centres
There are more than 200 cities across the country where the exam is being conducted for interested students. There will be no international centres for the examination. Candidates can choose their preferred test city while filling in the application form. These exam centres have been segregated into seven zones namely IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, and IIT Madras. While doing the JEE Advanced Registration, candidates will be asked to choose their zone based on their performance. Candidates will be allotted their chosen centres.
JEE Advanced Result
JEE Advanced Result 2023 will be declared by the examination conducting authority. Since the exam is being conducted by IIT Guwahati, the institute will be releasing the result of JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced 2023 Result will be published online on the official website. The result will comprise of subject wise marks and total marks secured, all India rank and category ranks secured by the candidates.
Candidates will be required to log in using their credentials to check their scores and download their scorecards. Candidates will also receive a text message on their registered mobile number. There will be no individual rank cards sent to candidates.

In case of any discrepancy, candidates can raise objections by submitting their challenges on their portal. The final answer keys will be released on the official website after considering candidates' objections. The marks will be allotted as per the final answer keys.
JEE Advanced Cutoff

JEE Advanced Counselling (JoSAA Counselling)
Joint Seat Allocation Authority, also known as JoSAA, is held responsible for seat allocation across IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).
