Details of IBSAT Eligibility Criteria 2022:
- The Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognized College or University.
- A minimum of 15 years of regular education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis) is mandatory for all the applicants. The students who have completed their graduation on part time, online mode or distance mode are not eligible to sit in the exam.
- Candidates that do not meet the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to appear in TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS exam and must submit the score by May 31, 2022.
- Scores of GMAT/CAT/NMAT are acceptable in place of IBSAT 2022.
- Ph.D.: IBS Alumni, M.Phil Degree holders, and UGC NET candidates stand exempted from IBSAT 2022.
Eligibility for 2 years Management Programme
- Graduate with 50% and above with English medium
- Should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (10+2+3 10+2+4)
- Candidates who have not met eligibility criteria in English medium should submit TOEFL/NELT/IELTS score by 31 May 2022.
- Applicants in their final year of Bachelor degree are eligible to apply if they complete their graduation requirements by 31 May 2022.
PhD Programme in Management
- Graduation (any discipline) with 50% marks and above with English medium and;
- PG in Management (Full time specializing in Marketing/Finance/Human Resource Management and Operations from UGC Approved University with 55% and above)
OR
A professional qualification like CA/CFA/CWA/CS with 55% and above marks.
Ph.D. Programme in Economics
- Graduation with 50% and above marks and post-graduation in economics or allied discipline with 55% and above marks
- All the applicants should have completed a minimum of 17 years of education. (10+2+3+2 or 10+2+4+2)
- Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria of English medium in Graduation/Post graduation on part-time, distance or online are not eligible for a Ph.D. program of IBS Hyderabad.
Candidates who qualify on the basis of IBSAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT by GMAC would be called for a selection procedure at IBS Hyderabad in February. The final selection would be based on the Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Past academic records.
