The IIT Delhi will be releasing the GATE Cut Off for the current year along with the declaration of result on GATE Result on March 2020. The Cutoff will be in the form of marks and is the minimum marks required to qualify the GATE examination. The Score Card will be issued to only those candidates who qualify the examination. The Cutoff will vary for different subjects.
The candidates who qualify the examination are eligible to appear for the admissions processes conducted by IITs, NITs, and CFTIs. It's not necessary that if the candidate has qualified the examination, he/she will be given admissions.

The candidate must understand that GATE Cut Off is different from Admission Cut Off. GATE Cut Off refers to the marks required to qualify the examination whereas Admission Cut Off refers to marks required by the candidate to get admission in the respective college. Admission Cut Off depends on various factors such as applications received and the availability of seats.
GATE 2020 Cut Off:
The Cut Off for the current year will be declared after the declaration of results. The GATE Cut Off will be declared in online mode and will vary for each subject and category.
