In 3rd week of May 2023, the BCECE 2023 Application Form will be made available. Beginning in 2020, BCECE Examination 2023 will notify all candidates that JEE Main 2023 and NEET UG 2023 would henceforth serve as the foundation for engineering admission. The BCECE State Board of Admission will administer the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) in 2023.
The BCECE 2023 application form will be made available in 1st week of May 2023, and the registration deadline will be 3rd week of June 2023. Candidates must complete all form-filling steps prior to the dates listed below

Guidelines for filling BCECE Application Form 2023
Candidates must carefully read the crucial guidelines below before completing the application form.
- BCECE Application Form 2023 must be filled in English alone, in Capital letters throughout except in the declaration and signature.
- The same photos must be pasted on both Forms A and B. A placard mentioning the date of the photo taken along with the name should be held by the candidate while clicking a photograph.
- The name of the candidate should be spelled right.
- The permanent address should be mentioned along with the PIN code.
- Bihar CET 2023 candidates must mention their reserved category right. If they don't do, they will be deemed to belong to the general category.
- In the case of ambiguity in both the forms, Form A would be treated finally.
- Father's designation and the date of birth should match the 10th-grade examination mark sheet records.
- Exam center particulars need to be mentioned and self-attested xerox copies of the enclosures should be submitted with the form.
Steps to fill the Application Form
1) Registration:
Once the candidate registers with an e-mail and password, he would get a registration number which needs to be noted for future correspondence.
The following fields need to be mentioned:
- Your name
- Father's name
- Gender and category (SC/ST/OBC/GEN/EBC/BC)
- Date of birth
- Email id
- Mobile Number, and landline number
2) Payment details:
The fees can be paid either in an online mode by Net banking/credit card/debit card payment or in offline mode by way of using e-challan.
- Candidates must select the "Print Challan" button if they must deposit their fees via a bank challan. The computer screen will then show three copies of the Challan.
- Three copies of the Challan will be distributed: one will be put in the bank, one will be given to the board, and one will be taken by the candidate.
- Print out a copy of the bank challan. The cost will be paid at any Canara Bank branch.
- After paying the money, the applicant will get a Demand Draft (DD).
- Candidates are required to write down the Transaction Id or Journal No. that is listed on the DD. Candidates will need to pay an additional fee of Rs. 50/- if they pay their fee via bank challan.
- Candidates who are required to pay their application fee online must select the "Online Payment" option.
- They will then deposit the fee using the website's given debit card, credit card, or net banking options.
- The fee will be paid with a service tax or a transaction processing charge.
3) Personal details:
- Candidate should select the "Fill Personal Information" option.
- On the application procedure, the applicants will be sent to a website where they must provide their personal data.
- Candidates must provide scanned copies of their signatures and photographs (both English and Hindi).
- The candidates must also provide scanned copies of their bank challans or online payment forms.
- After entering the information, click the "Submit" button.
4) Education details:
- Candidate should select the "Fill Educational Information" option.
- The candidates will be sent to a website where they must enter their academic data.
- Click the "Submit" button after correctly entering the requested information on the form.
- Before submitting the information, applicants can review the application form for any errors.
- Candidates should use the "Edit" button if they want to make any changes, and then use the "Update" option to make sure the changes are saved.
- Candidates should save the form, sign the declaration, and submit it if all the information is accurate.
The candidate will be requested to click the "Final Submit" button after successfully completing all the procedures and carefully reviewing every last detail. In no event will the payment be reimbursed. The applicant must download Parts A and B of the completed application. The Application form (PART A or PART B) will be properly connected with the photocopied papers and mailed to the provided address once all stages have been successfully completed.
