Admission to XLRI is determined by the XAT. For entrance into a few courses, XLRI also accepts GMAT and GRE scores. The following steps are part of the flagship PGDM (HRM) and PGDM (BM) admission process:

The overall cut-off for the HRM program is 93 percentile for male engineering applicants and 91 percentile for female engineering candidates. For non-engineering male applicants, a 90 percentile is required, whereas for non-engineering female applicants, an 88 percentile is required.
Similar to this, the overall cut-off for male engineering applicants in the BM program is 95 percentile, whereas it is 92 percentile for female engineering candidates. A 95 percentile is required for male applicants from non-engineering backgrounds, and a 92 percentile is required for female applicants from non-engineering backgrounds.

XLRI Jamshedpur Campus Life:
Apart from the academics, the institute provides various campus life facilities to their students. Some of the facilities that the students can avail are as follows-
1) IT Infrastructure-
The Institute has taken the e-initiatives to become the most e-enabled Business School. The implementation of e-facilities through IT infrastructure includes live projects, workshops, courses and seminars. The institution has linked the IT Infrastructure to the academic activities like e-discussion forum, e-feedback, e-grades and e-bulletin board.
2) Sports and Recreation-
XLRI give special importance to the sports as it believes that sports are helpful in imparting practical management lessons. Sports facilities like swimming pools, squash courts, tennis courts, athletics track, Football Field, Basketball Court and Cricket ground.
3) Hostel Facilities-
There are five residence facilities available in the campus. The five residence are-

Placement: All the students get placed so 100% placements. Major companies like HUL, P&G, BCG, Nestle, Mondelez, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, GSK, etc visit the campus for placements. Average package offered was 19.21 lakhs for 2017 batch.
Faculty: The teaching quality in the college is best in XLRI

XLRI offers various full-time residential programs, certificate programs, corporate programs and much more. Placement: Excellent placement in the college with lot to offer to a student.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful.
College: XLRI is an amazing place and is among the best college in india. It has been ranked as the best management college. I gave XAT exam and got admission here. The surroundings are great. Being an XLRian is best feeling.
