In 2022, during Calcutta University Placements, out of 64, 56 PG (1-Year) students were placed with a median salary of INR 5.40 LPA. Out of 5975, 4201 PG (2-Year) students were placed with a median package of INR 9.20 LPA, and out of 98 PG (3-Year) students, 85 were placed with a median salary of INR 9.80 LPA.

The median package trend for Calcutta University B.Tech placements over the past three years shows improvement, whereas UG (3-year) and BA LLB packages displayed fluctuating patterns. However, median packages for PG (3-year) courses exhibited fluctuations over the same period.
