Autonomy and Accreditation of St. Francis College for Women:

  • The college was conferred the status of ‘Autonomous’ by the University Grant Commission in the year 1988.
  • The college was accredited with 5 stars by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the year 1999. Later, reaccredited at the ‘A’ level in the year 2006 and 2012 respectively.
  • The college was given the status of ‘College with Potential for Excellence’ (CPE) by the University Grant Commission in the year 2004.
  • IQAC, the institutionalization and internalization of quality in education was formed at St. Francis College for Women in the year 2001, which was based on the guidelines of NAAC.
  • The courses offered by St. Francis College for Women includes an exciting range of Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes along with numerous Diploma and Certificate programmes.
