RKGIT Admission Criteria

The admission criteria in RKGIT varies slightly from course to course.

For admission in B. Tech. in RKGIT

• Among 100% seats available, 85% are reserved for candidates who go through the entrance examination of Dr.. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and seats are allotted to them through counselling done by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow.
• Other 15% are occupied by students who seek direct admission in RKGIT.
• Candidates must have to appear in the JEE Main and UPSEE/UPCET examination to get admitted in  B. Tech. in RKIGT.
• To apply for UPCET, students must visit upcet.nta.nic.in and click on the online application form for B.Des, B.Pharm, BHMCT, BFAD, BFA, B.Voc, MBA (Integrated), MCA (Integrated) Courses”.
• Candidates should now have to write their credentials like mobile number, email id, date of birth, etc.
• Similarly, candidates need to fill the form for JEE Main.
• They first have to visit the official website of JEE Main jeemain.nta.nic.in.
• Candidates will get the application number after writing their credentials like email address, mobile number, pin code, etc.
• They need to answer a security question for future reference.
• At last they should fill security pin and should make a final click on submit.

For admission in M. Tech. in RKGIT

Selection in M. Tech is solely based on the marks obtained in B. Tech.

For admission in B. Pharm in RKGIT

Candidates have to appear in UPSEE entrance exam in order to pursue B. Pharm programme.

For admission in M. Pharm in RKGIT university admits students directly.

For admission in MBA in RKGIT
