CSE Student
government college for MAE
Placement: well i am a first yr student as on 2017 so i dont have much knowledge of this but i do know that last year in 2016 two students from the CSE department were chosen for GOOGLE summer training so if you have the capability you can grab the opportunity.
Faculty: Dr. Anu Saini is my favorite teacher as is very calm and answers all the query to us. she teaches us introduction to programing. she has done PHD from JNU and explains every thing in very simple manner.
College: Starting from the Fees, it is having a fees of 35k per annum which is quite less than the sky rocketing fees of other private colleges of ipu (approx.1 lpa). my college is located in prime location of south delhi and connected by metro and buss. the campus is in 2.5 acer of land. labs are good and the faculty are highly qualified and permanent. it is affiliated ti IP University.
companies like infosys, tata , mahindra visits the college for placements.
Talking about the Academics, professors are from IIT’s , DTU ,jamia milia and NSIT. So you can expect a quality teaching here
Exam: Based on School / 12th Class Result, College’s Internal Written Exam

Mechanical & Automation Engineering Student
Infrastructure and faculty
Placement: College doesn’t provide any internship to the students. And talking about the placements, it is the worse situation of this college. Only 3-4 companies come for recruitment and they only recruit maximum 15 students from mechanical engineering batch of 80 students.
Faculty: Dr. Bhattacharya and Mr. Urfi khan are the only favourite teachers I have in this college. Because only these two people have very good technical knowledge and always co-operate with students.
College: The infrastructure is very poor even lower than the govt school. The faculty doesn’t co-operate with students and they only know how to poke them. And lastly, they doesn’t have good technical knowledge.
This college provides mechanical and automation degree in mechanical discipline which is a curse for students because maximum PSUs don’t treat MAE students equivalent to ME student and they don’t recruit us even though the student is GATE qualified.
Exam: College’s Internal Written Exam
