Don Bosco Institute of Management (DBIM) was established in 2008. It is a private institution that is a constituent of Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU). It is approved by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘A’. It is one of the first colleges of Assam to offer management and business studies.
The college offers a postgraduate program of 2 years i.e. Master of Business Management (MBA) which is presented full-time. The intake capacity of this course is 60 for the first year. Admission to this course is based on merit marks and entrance exams such as GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, or JMAT. The college also conducted its own entrance examination called Don Bosco University - Post Graduate Entrance Test. Group Discussion and Personal Interview is also included in the admission procedure.
