The CPJ Institute of Management and Technology has a special group called Genesis Cell whose main job is to help students get jobs by asking well-known companies to hire them for a range of positions. And to make sure that students are trained according to industry standards, that their skills are improved, that they get job counselling, and that they are placed successfully, there is regular interaction with industry.

This Genesis Cell is made up of 4 smaller cells, which are called CETPAC (Corporate Exposure, Training, and Placement Activities Cell), Job CEFT (Cell Monitoring Educational & Fun Trips), CECPRO (Cell for Certification Programmes), and CEPDEV (Cell for Professional Development). Here are the jobs of each of these cells.

CETPAC stands for "Corporate Exposure, Training, and Placement Activities Cell." The main goal of this cell is to turn students into skilled workers by teaching them the skills they will need when they work for big businesses and organisations. The cell also sets up different training programmes, pre-placement sessions, and industry connect initiatives to help students get better life skills and job chances.

Job Cell Monitoring Educational and Fun Trips, or CEFT: As the name suggests, CEFT’s main job is to organise national and foreign trips for leisure, education, and business, both in India and other countries. Our main goal is to make everyone in the CPJ family feel like they are part of a larger family and to give students the chance to learn together through academic, technical, and career programmes.

CECPRO (Cell for Certification Programmes): The college is sure that it is their job to turn students into technical and professional experts in addition to giving them the best education possible to creative and young students. This cell also works with top schools to offer certification programmes to students. In addition, CECPRO runs French and German language classes on the college grounds.

The CEPDEV (Cell for Professional Development) holds workshops, training sessions, and guest lectures on personality enhancement to help students get better at speaking, writing, and negotiating. These sessions also help students with their critical thinking, public speaking, group communication, note-taking, technical writing, and other important skills.
