What is RPVT?
The Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test, abbreviated as RPVT, is a state-level entrance examination administered on paper. Only candidates from Rajasthan are eligible to take the RPVT exam. Candidates who pass RPVT 2023 will be eligible to participate in the RPVT counselling process for admission to BVSc and AH seats in the state of Rajasthan.

RPVT 2023 Eligibility
Candidates are not permitted to sit for the Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test 2023 exam unless they meet the following requirements.
Age Criteria
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old and no older than 25 years old at the time of application for RPVT 2023.
- The age is determined as of December 31, 2023.
- For the reserved category, there is a 5-year age relaxation.
Academic Qualifications
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science or Biology (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology) from a recognized Indian Board.
- For general candidates, the minimum required percentage is 50% in aggregate. There will be a 5% mark relaxation for reserved category candidates.
Domicile Criteria
- Indian citizens who only reside in Rajasthan may apply for RPVT 2023.
Physical Disability
- Candidates with the following disabilities are not eligible to apply for RPVT 2023, according to the Minimum Standards of Veterinary Education-Degree Course (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) Regulations-2016
- Having a total body disability that exceeds 50%, including a chest/spine disability
- More than half of the lower limb is disabled.
- Upper limb disability
- Candidates with visual impairments and those with hearing impairments
- Candidates suffering from progressive diseases such as myopathies, etc.
- Disability that would otherwise interfere with the performance of a veterinarian's duties
RPVT 2023 Application Process
The RPVT 2023 application form will be available online. Candidates must first register in order to fill out the application form for the RPVT 2023 exam. Candidates should be aware that details entered into the application form for the RPVT 2023 exam cannot be changed under normal circumstances.
- However, if some information is genuine and unavoidable, it can be changed after contacting the exam authority.
- Candidates must send an email requesting that certain details in the RPVT 2023 application form be edited.
RPVT 2023 Application Form
The RPVT 2023 Application Form will be available in June 2023. Candidates who wanted to apply to the University had to fill out the University's application form and submit it before the deadline. Candidates should be aware that they can only apply online through the University's website.
- To register, candidates had to go to the official website and fill out personal information and create a password.
- Go to the RPVT's official website - rajuvas.org.
- Select Apply Online.
- Click on 'New Registration' from the new link.
- Candidates must first register on the university database by filling out the form that appears. After completing the RPVT 2023 Registration, candidates can proceed to fill out the application form.
- After entering their information and uploading their documents, candidates must pay the test fee, which can only be paid online.
- The application fee for RPVT 2023 is INR 3000 for all candidates.
- The application form is complete once payment is received.
- Candidates are advised to take the printout of theapplication form.

RPVT 2023 Admit Card
Those who successfully submit the application form by the deadline will be issued an admit card for the RPVT 2023. The RPVT admit card contains important information such as the candidate's name, exam date and time, the name and address of the exam center, exam day guidelines, and other pertinent information. Candidates must download their RPVT admit card from RAJUVAS' official website, rajuvas.org, using the login id and password they created during registration. The hall ticket is a required document that must be brought to the exam center; otherwise, candidates will be denied entry.

RPVT 2023 Result
After evaluating the answer sheet, the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences will publish the RPVT 2023 results online. The result for each individual candidate is prepared using the marking scheme. It should be noted that mark sheets will not be mailed to individual candidates. Candidates will have to download the result to know their performance in the exam. A merit list with the candidate's name, roll number, rank, and marks will be released later.

RPVT 2023 Counselling
Candidates who have passed the RPVT 2023 will be eligible for counselling. Candidates who are eligible for counselling must apply for it along with the payment of the counselling fee. The authority will announce the details on their official web domain rajuvas.org shortly after the announcement of the RPVT 2023 Result.
During the counseling process, all candidates must present original documents for verification of admission eligibility. The lists of such documents are as follows:
- Two identical coloured photographs with name and date mentioned on it.
- RPVT 2023 Registration details (Application Form).
- RPVT 2023 Admit card
- RPVT 2023 Result (Hard Copy).
- Mark sheet and Certificate of Senior Secondary or equivalent Examination.
- Mark sheet of 10+2 level.
