NEET PG Latest Update:
In a piece of recent news sometime back, it was speculated that the NEET PG 2024 exam will be postponed to a later date. The NBEMS had given its final decision and the NEET PG Exam date was postponed to 7th July 2024, which was earlier scheduled on 3rd March 2024. In the most recent update, the NEET PG Date has been preponed, and now the exam will finally be conducted on the 23rd of June 2024.

NEET PG Exam Officially Preponed
The NEET PG Exam has officially been rescheduled by the National Board of Education in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The official statement released sometime back by the NBEMS stated “In supersession of NBEMS notice dated 09.11.2023 and pursuant to the receipt of NMC letter dated 03.01.2024, the conduct of NEET-PG 2024 examination which was earlier notified to be tentatively held on 3rd March 2024 stands rescheduled,”
The reason as to why this exam was postponed remains a mystery as no reasons have been stated as of now for postponing the NEET PG Exam. Furthermore, the reason to again prepone as well remains under mystery. The exam will now be conducted on 23rd June 2024, followed by the results on 15th July 2024.
NEET PG 2024 - New Exam Dates
As per the new notice that is released by the NBEMS, the NEET PG 2024 exam will now be held on 23rd June 2024 and the counseling session is expected to begin sometime in the First week of August. The NBEMS official notice added - “The cut-off date for the purpose of eligibility to appear in the NEET-PG 2024 shall be 15th August 2024”
The NBEMS has asked the aspirants in the recent update to keep a thorough check on the official website, natboard.edu.in as these dates are purely tentative and subject to necessary approvals and confirmation from the authorities.

The NEET PG Revised Exam Date will impact the counseling and admission process. With the NEET PG Exam being delayed to 7th July 2024, the counseling and admission process will also shift to further dates hence increasing the stress levels amongst the NEET PG aspirants.
