What is NCHMCT JEE 2023?

The National Testing Agency administers the NCHMCT JEE, a Joint Entrance Examination on behalf of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology to candidates seeking admission to various Hotel Management institutes throughout India. The online examination is held annually for the B.Sc Hotel Management course offered by NCHMCT in collaboration with IGNOU. Candidates who want to study Hotel Management and other related courses must take this exam, which is accepted by 21 central IHMs, 23 state IHMs, 1 public sector IHM, and 27 private IHMs.

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form was released online on February 2, 2023. Students can find information about the NCHMCT JEE 2023 online application form here:

  • Candidates must fill out all of the information on their certificate, such as their name and parents' names, in the application form.
  • Candidates must submit a scanned image of a recent photograph (via online mode).

How do I fill out the NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun NCHM JEE registration 2023 on February 2nd. The deadline for submitting an NCHM JEE 2023 application form is April 27. The NCHM JEE 2023 application fee is payable online using a credit/debit card, net banking, or Paytm. Candidates from the general and OBC/ NCL categories had to pay Rs 1000, EWS - Rs 700, and SC/ ST and transgender candidates had to pay Rs 450.

Before beginning to fill out the NCHMCT JEE application form 2023, candidates must have the following documents and information ready:

How  to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2023 Registration Form?

Candidates must first go to the official website and then click the 'Apply' button. They will be directed to a page where they can download the information brochure and read all of the instructions for filling out the NCHMCT JEE application form 2023. After reading the instructions, candidates must check the box next to 'I have downloaded the Information Bulletin and read the entire instructions.' Then, click the 'Click here to Continue' button.

Step 1: Register

  • Fill out an online application form and save the system-generated application number. While filling out the online Application Form, the candidate is required to create a password, select a security question, and enter his/her answer.
  • After successfully submitting the personal information, the application number will be generated and used to complete the remaining steps of the application form, as well as for all future correspondence.

Step 2: Sign in to complete the NCHMCT JEE application form 2023.

  • Log in with your application number and password and begin filling out the NCHMCT JEE 2023 application form.

Step 3: Fill out the NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form.

Fill out all of your personal, academic, and contact information in this section of the NCHMCT JEE application form. Candidates must select the following details from the drop-down menu:

Academic Qualification Details

Students must enter information about their 10th or equivalent and 12th or equivalent grades from the drop-down menus in the NCHMCT JEE 2023 application form.

Enter the security code and press the 'Submit' button. Following that, candidates will see a pop-up message in which they will be asked to review and check the information provided below. If they need to change any information, they can do so by clicking on the 'Edit Application Form Data,' or for final submission, they can click on the 'Final Submit' button.

Tick the box next to 'I Agree,' and then click the 'Final Submit' button. Students again get a message 'Do you wish to Submit the Application form finally? To submit the application form, click the 'Yes' button.

Step 4: Upload scanned images of the candidate's photograph and signature.

1. Photographs and signatures should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format.

2. The scanned photograph should be between 10kb and 200kb in size.

3. The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 and 30 kb.

4. The photograph should be colored or black and white (with a high contrast).

Step 5: Make the payment

To pay the application fee, the candidate must choose one of the options below and then follow the online instructions to complete the payment.

Before beginning the online application form, candidates must have the following items and documents ready:

  • A computer with adequate internet access
  • The particulars of a valid Government ID proof
  • The Date of Birth (as mentioned in Class X Board Certificate)

  • Candidates are advised to take 6 to 8 passport size coloured photographs with white background.
  • The scanned clear passport photograph must have 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

What Should You Do After Submitting the NCHM JEE Application Form 2023?

After submitting the application form, make sure to do the following:

  • Take at least four printouts of the Online Application Form's Confirmation Page.
  • Take a print of the proof of payment.
  • Keep copies of your photographs (the same ones you uploaded to the Online Application Form) with you.
  • The candidate must then download the NCHMCT JEE 2023 admit card from the NTA website a few days later, according to the date announced by NTA. Candidates must appear for the examination at the designated location on the date, time, and discipline specified on their admit card.

If candidates upload an image that is the wrong size or does not meet the specifications specified in the NCHM JEE application form, they can correct it. The following steps will help you remove any image discrepancy:

Step 1: Go to the NCHM JEE official website (nchmjee.nta.nic.in).

Step 2 - Select the "Remove image discrepancy in the application form" tab.

Step 3: You'll be taken to a registration form page.
