What is JEECUP 2023? 

The Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP 2023) or UPJEE (UP Polytechnic) is a state-level entrance exam for admission to diploma courses in Technology, Engineering, and Pharmacy. Qualified candidates will be admitted to various polytechnic institutes affiliated with the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh has announced the JEECUP 2023 Exam Dates. The following are the tentative dates for UPJEE 2023: 

JEECUP 2023 Eligibility 

Candidates should be aware of the JEECUP 2023 Eligibility guidelines before submitting an application. The eligibility criteria for JEECUP or UPJEE vary by group. The following are the basic eligibility requirements

• Candidates must be at least 14 years old to apply for JEECUP 2023, but there is no upper age limit.
• The candidate must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam. At the time of counseling, a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) must be presented.
• Candidates with a valid domicile certificate from the state of Uttar Pradesh are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have passed the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent, with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. The qualifying scores for each category are shown below.

JEECUP 2023 Application Form

The authorities have begun the JEECUP 2023 application process. Candidates can now access the JEECUP application form online until May 15, the deadline. Candidates must register, fill out their information, upload documents, pay the fee, and submit the form during the JEECUP application process. The application fee can be paid online via net banking, credit card, or debit card. Only candidates who have registered will be able to participate in the admissions process.

How to Fill Out the JEECUP Application Form 2023? 

• Candidates are advised to fill out the JEECUP application form 2023 in the following order: 
• Registration - Candidates must go to the JEECUP official website and click on the registration link. Candidates must enter their name, parent's name, Aadhaar number, valid email ID, contact number, and date of birth to register. They must also create a password for future logins. 
• Filling out the application form - After registering, candidates must fill out the application form. The application form will include information about your domicile, academic qualifications, and category. They must also choose cities in order of preference for the JEECUP 2023 exam center.     
• Uploading required documents - Candidates must upload their passport-sized photograph and signature in the format specified. 
• Application fee - Finally, candidates must pay the JEECUP 2023 application fee. The fee can be paid online (via net banking/credit card/debit card) as well as offline (via e-challan). If a candidate chooses to pay offline, he or she must first generate an e-challan and then make the payment at any State Bank of India branch.

JEECUP 2023 Admit Card

The JEECUP 2023 Admit Card will be made available on the official website, jeecup.nic.in. Students are strongly advised to thoroughly review all of the information on their JEECUP admit card. If there is an error on the admit card, they must notify the examination authority immediately.

• Step 1: Go to the UPJEE official website. 
• Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click the download admit card link for the selected group.
• Step 3: Students must enter information such as their Application Number, Application Form, Password, and Security Pin.
• Step 4: Select the Sign-in option.
• Step 5: Students should download and print their admit card for future reference.

Following the announcement of the results, the authority will release the schedule for the JEECUP 2023 Counselling Process. Seats in the counselling round are assigned to candidates based on their marks and rank. For JEECUP 2023 Counselling, the following procedure should be followed.

The following documents will be required on the day of counselling:

• Mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying exams
• Certificate as proof of date of birth
• Category certificate

JEECUP 2023 Seat Allotment

Thw seat allocation is based on reservation, candidate preference, and UPJEE State Open Rank. For each JEECUP counselling session, results are disclosed on the website. Candidates can review these results and participate in the JEECUP 2023 counselling process.

The following is the procedure for checking the seat allotment result:

• Visit the official JEECUP website at jeecup.nic.in.
• Candidates must enter their roll number and password to login.
• Details are submitted by clicking the sign in button.
• Candidates will be able to view the outcome of their seat allocation.
• If a candidate is satisfied with their allotted seat, they must pay a Rs. 3000 seat allotment fee to secure their seat in the respective college.
• If a student is dissatisfied, they can choose "Float," and they will be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling.
• The official center will then verify the documents.
