- The last date to apply for GUJCET Counselling 2023 is today i.e May 30, 2023.

The provisional GUJCET merit list 2023 will be released on June 6, and mock round choice filling for seat allotments will also begin on June 6.

The GUJCET final merit list 2023 will be released on June 9, and selection for the actual round 1 will begin on the same day. The ACPC will release round 1 seat allotment on June 16.
What is GUJCET Exam?
Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is a state-level exam required for enrollment in engineering, technology, and pharmacy programs at Gujarat's government-funded, government-assisted, and privately funded engineering institutes. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) administers the GUJCET entrance exam offline. Additional admission processes, such as counseling and seat allocation, are overseen by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).
GUJCET Counselling 2023
The registration for GUJCET Counselling 2023 has started from May 2 till May 22, 2023, following the announcement of results. The process of GUJCET Counseling 2023 is conducted online. Counseling is held separately for GUJCET qualified candidates and JEE Main qualified candidates. The GUJCET 2023 result was announced on May 2 at gseb.org.The final merit list of GUJCET 2023 release on June 1, 2023 and the mock round for seat allotment will be announced on June 9.

GUJCET Counselling 2023 Procedure
Candidates must register online, select institutes, and pay the registration fee to participate in GUJCET 2023 counselling. The entire step-by-step GUJCET counselling registration process is outlined below.
1. Online Registration
- To participate in the online counselling, students must first register on the ACPC's official website.
- At this stage, candidates must provide basic information such as their name, phone number, and email address.
- After completing the GUJCET counselling registration, candidates must log in and complete the GUJCET 2022 counselling form. Candidates must provide details such as their communication address, parents' information, gender, and so on at this stage.
- Only students who register online will be considered for counselling.
- Candidates must upload their scanned photograph and signature after completing the application form. The size and resolution of scanned images must conform to the dimensions specified by ACPC.
- Candidates must enter their class 12 information at this point, whether they are enrolled or have already passed.
- At this stage, candidates must enter information about their GUJCET exam.
- Finally, candidates must pay the GUJCET counselling fee online via credit/debit card or internet banking. After successfully paying the counselling fee, GUJCET counselling registration 2022 will be completed.

Documents Required During GUJCET Counselling 2023
- The candidates must upload the following documents:
- HSC (10+2) mark sheet.
- Income Certificate (for TFWs candidates).
- Schedule Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribes certificate.
- Certificate of Socially and Educationally Class (SEBC).
- Certificate of EWSs (Economically weaker sections).
- Certificate of In-Serviceman candidate.
- Ex-Serviceman Candidate.
- Persons with Disability (PWD) certificate.

2. Online Form Filling and Registration Confirmation
- Following the announcement of merit, the online selection process will begin.
- Candidates are advised to select as many options as possible in order to increase their chances of admission.
- Candidates can only make their selections during the time allotted. After that, no candidate will be considered.

3. Seat Allotment
- ACPC will assign students admission based on their merit and the eligible choices they have selected.
- Students who wish to proceed with admission must pay a stipend/fee in accordance with the guidelines.
- After paying the fee, students must keep their successful admission slips safe.
4. Document Verification and Reporting
- Candidates must verify their original documents as requested by the admissions committee.
- The document process has begun for the candidates who have been assigned seats.
- Following document verification, candidates must report to the assigned institution to complete the admission formalities.
- Candidates who wish to complete the admission process must report to their assigned institute after paying the required fee.
- Candidates must bring their admission slip, payment receipt/challan, information letter, and other documents with them when they report to the assigned institute.

GUJCET 2023 Reservation
According to the GUJCET 2023 Reservation Criteria, some seats are reserved for students from various socially and economically disadvantaged groups.
