What is GPAT Exam? 

Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is an annual national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is designed for applicants seeking admission to M.Pharm programs. Successful candidates with valid GPAT scores are eligible to apply for admission to over 800 participating colleges across India. The GPAT 2023 will take place at various exam centers nationwide. Notably, the GPAT exam scores remain valid for a duration of three years.

GPAT Result 2023

GPAT 2023 result will be declared through a scorecard, encompassing the candidate's personal information, obtained scores (out of 500), percentile, cutoff, and additional particulars. To access the GPAT 2023 result, candidates will need to provide their application number, date of birth, and security pin. Meeting the GPAT 2023 result cutoff marks is necessary to qualify for the M.Pharm entrance exam. In the previous year, the GPAT cutoff for the General category was set at 148 marks.

Steps to Check GPAT Result 2023

Candidates should follow these steps on the official website to check GPAT results 2023.

• Visit the GPAT website at gpat.nta.nic.in. 
• Click the 'GPAT 2023 Result is Live Now' button at the top of the page.
• Candidates must log in with their application number, password, or date of birth and enter the Security Pin.
• Click the 'Sign in' button, then the 'View result' button.
• The GPAT result 2023 of the candidate will be displayed. Candidates can see an example of the scorecard in the image below.

Steps to Check GPAT Result Without Password

Candidates who have forgotten their login id and password for GPAT 2023 can retrieve them. The following are the steps to retrieve the Password for GPAT result 2023.

• Go to the NTA GPAT 2023 official website @gpat.nta.nic.in. 
• Select the 'login' section.
• Enter your login information.
• Click the "Forgot password?" link. 
• After the email verification window appears, enter the registered email address and follow the instructions.
• The password will be reset.

GPAT Merit List 2023 

• NTA will establish and publish an All India Merit List for GPAT 2023. The list will be published based on the marks obtained in GPAT 2023 and the rank. 
• The merit list will include the following information: the candidate's rank, total score, category (SC/ ST/ OBC), roll number, and qualified/ unqualified status.

GPAT Tie-breaking 2023

In the event that two or more candidates obtain the same marks in the GPAT 2023 result, a tiebreaker process will be implemented. The final result will be determined based on the following criteria, listed in descending order of importance:

• Marks Obtained in Pharmaceutics
• Marks obtained in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Candidates having fewer negative responses in the paper
• Candidates older in age

GPAT Cutoff 2023
