Who is the Education Minister of Tamil Nadu?
A young politician and MLA from the DMK party in Tamil Nadu, the education minister of Tamil Nadu are Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi. From the Thiruverumbur seat, he was elected to the Tamil Nadu Assembly in 2016. He comes from a politically active family. He is the grandson of DMK veteran Anbil P. Dharmalingam and the son of the late DMK MLA Anbil Poyyamozhi. Anbil Periyasamy, another member of the DMK party, is also a politician. He was a Member of the Legislative Assembly from 2016 – 2021. He served as the State Secretary of the DMK Youth Wing from 2014 – 2019.

Starting Point of a Political Career
He attended Trichy ER Higher Secondary School for his education, and in April 2001, Bishop Heber College in Tiruchirappalli awarded him a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree. Following in the footsteps of his ancestors, who had worked in the party, he joined the DMK party after ten years of working as a software engineer in several IT fields. He is the grandson of former Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) Minister Anbil P. Dharmalingam and the eldest son of former DMK MLA Anbil Poyyamozhi. He has always been interested in politics.

Growth Of Education in Tamil Nadu
The Tamil Nadu government has refocused attention on the state's educational system with a slew of changes.
