It is highly recommended that aspirants score well in their high school examinations because admission into this course is mainly done through merit lists. However, some universities such as Banaras Hindu University do conduct one at their college level to select candidates. The applications and the admission procedure for this course normally begin in the month of May.

  • An aspirant should score more than 50% marks in their high school examinations to be applicable for merit-based admission.
