The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee will conduct NEET AYUSH 2022 counselling online (AACCC). Candidates must register online in order to be considered for admission to undergraduate programmes in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. Candidates should be aware that AACCC will hold NEET AYUSH counselling in 2022 for 15% All India quota seats in government, central universities, and private colleges. Registration for AYUSH courses will most likely begin in September.

NEET AYUSH 2022 will have three rounds of counselling. For deemed/central universities and private colleges, a mop-up round of counselling will be held. Candidates will be admitted to a total of 52,720 seats in various courses of Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy through NEET AYUSH counselling 2022. To participate in AYUSH UG counselling, you must first pass NEET 2022. Admission to BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS courses will be granted based on the results of the NEET 2022.

AYUSH Counselling 2022 Eligibility

A candidate must meet the following eligibility requirements to participate in the AYUSH UG course counselling:

  • He/she must have passed the NEET 2022.
  • He or she must be 17 years old as of December 21, 2022.
  • He or she must have completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board, with core subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

AYUSH Counselling 2022 Application Form

Candidates must first register on the AACCC's official website in order to apply for AYUSH UG course counselling. To register, they must provide information such as their name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and NEET roll number. After completing the registration process, they must login with their NEET 2022 roll number and new password to complete the application form.

They must pay a non-refundable registration fee before submitting their AYUSH counselling application. They will also be required to deposit security funds in order to participate in the counselling process.

AYUSH Counselling 2020 Choice Filling

Candidates must fill out a Preference Form after completing the application form and depositing the security fee. They will be required to provide the course-college options for which they wish to apply. There is no limit to the number of options a candidate may select on the preference form. Candidates are advised, however, to review the college's fee structure as well as the curriculum of the course for which they intend to apply.

Failure to complete the choices will result in the candidate's exclusion from the AYUSH counselling 2020 process. Candidates must also lock the options that they have selected before the deadline to ensure that they have selected the correct options.

AYUSH Counselling 2022 Seat Allotment

The AACCC will create a seat allotment list for various courses based on the candidates' choices and their NEET 2022 scores. Selected candidates will have to decide whether or not to keep the seat that has been assigned to them. They will need to log in to their registered accounts on the AACCC website and select their option.

Documents Required at the Time of Joining

A total of eight passport-sized photographs (preferably same as the one pasted on the application form).

  • A valid photo ID (Aadhaar card/PAN/Driving License/Passport) is required.
  • Letter of Provisional Allotment (downloaded from the official website of NTA NEET)
  • Certificate for SC/ST (if applicable)
  • OBC Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Disability (if applicable)
  • Certificate stating that the candidate has completed Class 10 of Tamil studies (For BSMS candidates)
  • Certificate stating that the candidate has completed Class 10 of Urdu/Arabic/Persian studies (For BUMS candidates)

AYUSH Counselling Process

Candidates who register for AYUSH UG course counselling online will be eligible to participate in the first round of counselling. Selected candidates will have to decide whether they want to keep the seat assigned to them or upgrade. Such candidates have the following options:

Option 1: The candidate chooses to stay in the assigned seat and declines to participate in the next round of counselling.

Option 2: The candidate chooses to stay in the assigned seat but wishes to upgrade in the next round.

Option 3: The candidate chooses to resign from the assigned seat but wishes to participate in the next round.

Option 4: The candidate chooses to resign from the assigned seat and exit the counselling process.

Candidates who selected options 2 or 3 will be required to fill out the choices for the next round. Candidates who chose option 1 must report to the designated institute by the deadline. Failure to report on time will result in the cancellation of their admission. They will also be ineligible to compete in the subsequent rounds.

Seats Left Vacant after the Second Round of AYUSH Counselling:

Seats left vacant by the government/government-aided after the second round will be transferred to the respective states. They will be included in the seat matrix for the respective state's counselling.

A mop-up round will be held to fill private/national/deemed seats. For this round, new registrations will be accepted. If any seats remain unfilled after the mop-up round, they will be transferred to the respective institute for a supplemental round of counselling.
