The portal for uploading qualifying exam marks has been opened by JNTU, Anantapur. Candidates who have successfully cleared the AP EAMCET exam but have not yet uploaded their qualifying exam marks must do so by June 20, 2023. The AP EAMCET 2023 result was announced by the authority on June 12 at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the AP EAMCET 2023 counseling and seat allotment process. What is AP EAMCET?
The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is a state-level exam for admission to professional programs in pharmacy, engineering, and agriculture. It is now known as the AP EAMCET. The exam is administered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). AP EAMCET Ranking Criteria 2023
- AP EAMCET officials will take every precaution to avoid mistakes in evaluation, checking, scrutiny, tabulation, normalization, and ranking.
- Normally, the order of merit is based on EAMCET normalized marks (75% weightage) and 10+2 (25% weightage), but due to the cancellation of Class 12 exams, the ranks this year are solely based on AP EAMCET scores.
- In 10+2, the only valid subject groups are PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
- There are no qualifying marks for candidates from the SC/ST category.

AP EAMCET Result 2023 - Tie Breaking Rule
If two or more candidates achieve the same score in the AP EAMCET 2023 exam, the officials will use the following tie-breaking rule:
- Candidates with high scores in the Mathematics section will be given preference.
- If a tie still exists, the candidate with the higher Physics score will be placed higher on the merit list.
- In the event of a persistent tie after the first two steps, candidates with a high percentage of qualifying exam marks will be given priority.
- In the event of a tie after applying all of the above rules, the candidate of greater age will be given priority.

AP EAMCET Counseling 2023
- Counseling for the AP EAMCET 2023 will be done course by course. Shortlisted candidates must report in person to the venue.
- Absence from AP EAMCET 2023 counselling will not be tolerated for any reason.
- Deposit the token money at the college to complete the admission process on the same day. Failure to pay the admission fee will result in the loss of the seat.
- In such cases, a candidate can only attend counselling in the following round.
- The rank will be taken into account, but previous registration will be canceled.
- The entire counselling process will be restarted for the candidate.
